(1) Vision screening of preschool children shall be done at least once during the ages 3 to 5 years.(2) Vision screening of school-age children shall, at a minimum, be done in grades 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, or grades 1, 3, 5, 7 and in conjunction with driver training.
