Section R. 325.13091 - DefinitionsRule 1.
(1) As used in these rules:(a) "Clinic" means a place where vision screening is done, such as a school, a nursery, or a local health department facility.(b) "Code" means 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.1101 et seq.(c) "Screening" means the overall procedure which employs a number of tests designed to determine if an individual should be referred for a professional eye examination.(d) "Test" means an individual specific procedure used to determine if an individual should be referred for a professional eye examination.(2) The terms defined in the code have the same meaning when used in these rules.Mich.
