Section R. 325.3271 - DefinitionsRule 1.
(1) As used in these rules:(a) "Clinic" means a place where hearing screening is done, such as a school, a nursery, or a local health department facility.(b) "Code" means 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.1101 et seq.(c) "Screening" means the overall procedure which employs a number of tests designed to determine if an individual is at risk of hearing loss.(d) "Test" means an individual specific procedure used to determine if an individual is at risk of hearing loss.(2) Words or phrases used in the code have the same meanings when used in these rules.Mich.
