(1) A foster parent shall notify the agency within 5 calendar days after filing an application for an adult foster care family home license, a family child care home certificate of registration, or a group child care home license.(2) If the foster home is licensed concurrently as an adult foster care family home or a child care group home or registered as a family child care home, the foster parent must notify the agency if there is a change in the terms of the adult foster care or child care license or registration.Mich.
