(1) A foster home applicant must complete, acknowledge, and submit an application.(2) In a multiple-caregiver household, all applicants must acknowledge the application.(3) An agency may consider an application withdrawn after 60 days if the applicant fails to cooperate, after attempts to actively engage the family, with the completion of the licensing process, provided there are no known non-compliances that would result in disciplinary action.Mich.
