Section R. 400.4145 - Periodic physical examinationsRule 145.
(1) An institution shall provide and document periodic physical examination for each resident as follows, unless greater frequency is medically indicated: (a) At least once every 3 months for residents under 1 year of age.(b) At least once every 14 months for residents 1 year of age or older.(2) Nothing in the rules adopted under 1973 PA 116 shall authorize or require a medical or physical examination or treatment for any child whose parent objects on religious grounds. If a parent objects to medical or physical examinations or treatments on religious grounds, the objection shall be made in writing to the institution and retained in the residents file.Mich. Admin.
