(1) An institution shall assure resident and parent privacy and confidentiality and shall protect residents from exploitation.(2) A resident's identity may be disclosed for public purposes or publicity only after both of the following criteria are met:(a) The parent has consented.(b) The resident has consented if the resident is capable of consent.Mich.
