(1) A residential group home facility shall be kept free of all accumulation of combustible materials other than those necessary for the daily operation of the residential group home.(2) Easily ignited or rapidly burning combustible decorations are not permitted in a facility. Personal artwork and personal decorations made or owned by residents are permitted up to 6 square feet of wall space in each room or area other than means of egress or hazardous areas.Mich. Admin.
