Section R. 400.10419 - Heating equipmentRule 419.
(1) Heating equipment shall be capable of maintaining a temperature of not less than 68 degrees Fahrenheit at a point 4 feet above the floor. An accurate thermometer shall be provided.(2) Hot water radiators, steam radiators and pipes, or any other heating device that is capable of causing a burn shall be effectively shielded.Mich. Admin.
