Section R. 400.10415 - Garbage and refuse

Rule 415.

(1) Garbage shall be stored in fly-tight, watertight containers with tight-fitting covers. A garbage can shall be provided with a waterproof liner or shall be thoroughly cleaned after each emptying.

(2) Garbage and refuse shall be removed at intervals of at least once a week.
