(1) A facility shall provide a minimum of 3 nutritious meals daily, unless medically contraindicated and documented.(2) Special diets shall be prescribed only by a physician. A resident who has been prescribed a special diet by a physician shall be provided such diet.(3) Menus shall be written before a meal is served. Any change or substitution to the menu shall be noted and considered as part of the original menu.Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.10165
