(1) Programs and services shall be initiated for all residents as soon as they are admitted to living units.(2) A facility shall provide or make available the following minimum programs and services to residents:(a) An education program.(b) Provisions for visiting with parents and guardians.(d) Continuous supervision of living units.(g) Recreation and exercise.(3) A resident shall be provided with activities and services outside of his or her room not less than 14 hours each day, except when the resident is confined for purposes of discipline or behavior management as stipulated in R 400.10171.Mich.
