Section R. 400.12603 - Policy and procedures

Rule 603.

(1) An agency shall have and follow written policies and procedures for the adoption services provided.

(2) The policies and procedures must cover at least all the following areas:

(a) Orientation.

(b) Training requirements.

(c) Adoptive evaluation; evaluation record.

(d) Agency recommendation.

(e) Grievance policy as required by R 400.12210.

(3) An agency shall document that the policies and procedures were provided to all persons making inquiry about the agency's services.
