Section R. 400.12507 - Medical, dental, and mental health careRule 507.
(1) An agency shall ensure that a youth in independent living receives any needed medical, dental, and mental health care as required in R 400.12413. Medical, dental, and mental health care provided must be documented in the youth's record.(2) For a youth who become 18 years of age while in the program or who enters independent living after the age of 18, the agency shall provide information on how to access needed medical, dental, and mental health services and actively, and on an ongoing basis, encourage participation in needed medical, dental, and mental health services.Mich.
