Section R. 400.12403 - Policy and procedures

Rule 403.

(1) An agency shall provide a copy of the policies and procedures to the foster parents of a home where the agency places a child.

(2) An agency may not be more restrictive than the department policies or the administrative rules governing licensing and services.
