Section R. 400.12323 - Emergency policy

Rule 323.

(1) An agency's emergency policy must include procedures for each of the following situations:

(a) Fire.

(b) Tornado.

(c) Serious accident or injury.

(d) Epidemic.

(2) An agency shall approve the written evacuation plan for a foster home that provides care for a person who requires assistance to evacuate the home.
