Section R. 400.2048 - Department responsibilities to counties

Rule 48.

(1) The office department shall be responsible for providing all necessary information to counties to meet the requirements of these rules and child care fund policy.

(2) The department shall provide county-level assistance for county plan and budget development, program eligibility monitoring, and compliance.
