(1) A person openly and wilfully refusing to conform to these rules, in addition to criminal penalties provided by law, is subject to immediate removal from a department building or department grounds by the department's authorized personnel.(2) Nothing contained in these rules shall be construed as limiting prosecution under penal law.Mich.
