Rule 8275. A community mental health services program shall comply with the terms of a court order that is related to an individuals obligation to pay for services rendered and that is issued before the individual presented for services. The amount shall not be less, but may be more, than the amount that would be determined by establishing the individuals ability to pay in accordance with these rules.
