(1) Within 24 hours of admission, the director shall inform the person of his rights as a resident of the center. He shall have the same rights and privileges as other residents of a facility, except that security precautions appropriate to the condition and circumstances of a resident may be taken limiting freedom of movement.(2) Security precautions shall be in accordance with department administrative rules governing rights of residents of mental health facilities.Mich.
