(1) Within 24 hours of admission, the director shall inform the person of his rights and privileges as a resident of the facility.(2) Rights and privileges shall be the same as those of other residents of a facility, except that security precautions appropriate to the conditions and circumstances of a resident may be taken to limit freedom of movement.(3) Security precautions shall be in accordance with department administrative rules, policies, and procedures governing the rights of residents to mental health facilities.Mich.
