Section R. 330.4501 - DefinitionsRule 4501. As used in this part:
(a) "County program" means a county community mental health program.(b) "Hospital operated by or under contract with the department or a community mental health board" means a hospital that is directly operated by, or that is under contract to, the department or a community mental health board servicing a minor.Mich.
