Section R. 299.2939 - Approval of plans and specifications; permitsRule 39.
(1) Upon the determination by the department that the plans and specifications for a sewerage system or portion thereof are complete and satisfactory, the director shall approve them and shall issue a permit for construction.(2) A permit issued pursuant to the act and these rules expires unless construction commences within 2 years from the date of issuance. An owner of a wastewater facility may apply for reissuance of a permit in accordance with R 299.2933.Mich. Admin. Code R. 299.2939
