Section R. 299.2927 - Appeals

Rule 27.

(1) A person who is aggrieved by any action under these rules, or who wishes to appeal any other action with respect to his or her certification, shall have an opportunity for a hearing before the department.

(2) A hearing conducted under this rule shall be conducted in accordance with R 299.2971 to R 299.2974.
