Section R. 299.2925a - Restricted certificates for existing operatorsRule 25a.
(1) The owner of a treatment facility reclassified as a result of these rules shall notify the department of all certified operators currently employed by the owner. Such notification shall be made within 90 days after notification by the department that the system has been reclassified or within 2 years from the effective date of these rules.(a) To the operator or operators identified in subrule (1) of this rule as holding a Class L certificate, the department shall issue a Class L1 replacement certificate.(b) To the operator or operators identified in subrule (1) of this rule as holding certificates other than a Class L certificate, the department shall issue site specific, restricted certification.Mich.
