Section R. 322.1016 - Inspection and certification of completed projectsRule 16.
(1) The department may issue a certification for a project after final inspection, if the project was satisfactorily performed according to state permit.(2) Where notice of certification is required as a permit condition, the permittee shall notify the department within 10 days of completion of the project to schedule a final inspection for certification. The department shall schedule its field inspection of a completed project when weather conditions will permit a thorough inspection.(3) When any permit conditions are not complied with, enforcement action may be brought against the permit holder.Mich.
