Rule 101. These rules implement the act, and regulate the construction, operation, closure, postclosure monitoring, reclamation, and remediation of nonferrous metallic mineral mines in the state of Michigan. These rules do not regulate the extraction of metallic minerals by in situleaching when regulated under part 625 of the act.
