(1) Drilling reference elevations of the kelly bushing or rig floor and a described point on the production casing shall be measured, recorded, and filed pursuant to R 324.418.(2) The depth of the top of key geologic strata shall be accurately determined and shall be entered in the drilling log book and become a part of the record and log of the well.
