Section R. 324.1112 - Briefing areasRule 1112.
(1) A permittee of a well shall establish primary and secondary briefing areas at the drilling site. A permittee shall ensure that safety equipment is located at the primary briefing area.(2) The supervisor or authorized representative of the supervisor may require safety equipment, in addition to that listed in R 324.1102(d), if necessary for the safety of the public or the workers.Mich.
