(1) A permittee of a well shall begin cleanup of losses of waste products, stored products or brine from wells, flow lines, and associated surface facilities as soon as possible but no later than within 24 hours of discovering the loss.(2) Disposal of losses from wells, flow lines, and associated surface facilities shall be in a manner consistent with these rules and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.Mich.
