(1) The work program shall include a detailed description of tasks to be performed as needed to prepare the plan. Required plan contents are described in R 299.4711.(2) The work program shall also include all of the following:(a) A timetable for the accomplishment of tasks.(b) A public participation element as described in R 299.4706, including a general schedule of public meetings, hearings, and other activities.(c) Costs of the individual elements and the total cost of plan preparation.(d) Detailed staffing needs and responsibilities for plan preparation.(e) Sources of funding for the local 20% funding required by the act.Mich.
