(1) The definition of PCBs and PCB items contained in 40 C.F.R. §761.3 is adopted by reference in these rules.(2) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. §761.3 are contained in 40 C.F.R.parts 700 to 789, July 1, 1997 edition. The 1997 edition is available from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $38.00, or from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division, P.O.
