(1) The flexible membrane liner specifications contained in the national sanitation foundation document NSF 54-1993 and the PVC geomembrane institute specification PGI 1197 are adopted by reference in these rules.(2) Copies of NSF 54-1993 may be purchased at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $50.00 from NSF International, 3475 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106, or from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division, P.O. Box 30241, Lansing, Michigan 48909, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $50.00.
