(1) The publication entitled "Test Methods for the Evaluation of Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods," being EPA publication SW-846, 3rd edition, November 1986, and its updates I (July 1992), II (September 1994), 11A (August 1993), IIB (January 1995), and III (June 1997) are adopted by reference in these rules.(2) The documents listed in subrule (1) of this rule are available from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $319.00, or from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division, P.O.
