(1) The definition of asbestos-containing waste material and related definitions contained in 40 C.F.R. §61.141 are adopted by reference in these rules.(2) The asbestos standards for active waste disposal sites contained in 40 C.F.R. §61.154 are adopted by reference in these rules.(3) Federal asbestos regulations are contained in 40 C.F.R. parts 61 to 62, July 1, 1997 edition. The 1997 edition is available from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $19.00, or from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Waste Management Division, P.O. Box 30241, Lansing, Michigan 48909, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $19.00.
