Section R. 325.5125 - Environmental impact report

Rule 125.

An application for a license to receive and possess radioactive material for commercial waste disposal by land burial in this state or for the conduct of any other activity which the department determines will significantly affect the quality of the environment shall be filed at least 9 months before the beginning of construction of the plant or facility in which the activity will be conducted and shall be accompanied by an environmental report. The report shall contain information similar to the information specified in Rules 212 and 238.
