(1) This part provides for the licensing of radioactive material. A person shall not own, receive, acquire, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material except as authorized in a specific or general license issued pursuant to this part or as otherwise provided in this part.(2) In addition to the requirements of this part, a licensee is subject to the requirements of parts 1 and 5.Mich.
