Section R. 325.5002 - Hearing procedure

Rule 2.

(1) Prior to the issuance of an order, the department shall afford opportunity for hearing which shall be conducted pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.

(2) In a contested case, the department shall conduct a hearing as provided in the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
