Section R. 299.9702 - Cost estimate for closure and post-closure care

Rule 702.

(1) The owner or operator shall comply with the requirements of 40 C.F.R. §§264.142 and 264.144 regarding written cost estimates for closure and post-closure care.

(2) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. §§264.142 and 264.144 are adopted by reference in R 299.11003.
