(1) Owners or operators of staging piles shall comply with the provisions of 40 C.F.R. §264.554, except §264.554(l).(2) Staging piles shall be designated by the director in accordance with the requirements of 40 C.F.R. §264.554.(3) Owners or operators that wish to modify an order to incorporate a staging pile or a staging pile operating term extension shall follow the terms of the order and the applicable provisions of part 5 of these rules.(4) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. §264.554, except §264.554(l) are adopted by reference in R 299.11003. For the purposes of this adoption, the word "R 299.9212" shall replace the words "§261.21 or §261.23."Mich. Admin. Code R. 299.9638
