Section R. 299.9634 - Air emission standards for tanks, surface impoundments, and containers

Rule 634.

(1) Owners or operators of treatment, storage, or disposal facilities shall comply with the provisions of 40 C.F.R. part 264, subpart CC.

(2) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. part 264, subpart CC, are adopted by reference in R 299.11003. For the purposes of this adoption, the word "director" shall replace the words "regional administrator" and "administrator."
