Section R. 299.9618 - Land treatment

Rule 618.

(1) Owners or operators of facilities that treat or dispose of hazardous waste in land treatment units shall comply with all requirements of 40 C.F.R. part 264, subpart M.

(2) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. part 264, subpart M, are incorporated by reference in R 299.11003.
