Section R. 299.9515 - Revisions based on public comment; response to commentsRule 515.
(1) Upon completion of the public participation process for an operating license application, the director shall review all comments made during that process and make a final decision on the issuance of the license under the provisions of act 306.(2) At the time that any operating license is issued, the director shall issue a response to comments which does both of the following:(a) Briefly describes and responds to all significant comments on the draft license raised during the public comment period or during any hearing.(b) Specifies which provisions, if any, of the draft operating license have been changed in the final license and the reason for the change.(3) The director shall make the response to comments prepared under subrule (2) of this rule available to the public.Mich.
