Section R. 299.9216 - Method of analysis

Rule 216.

(1) The method of analysis specified in the provisions of appendix I of 40 C.F.R. part 261 shall be used to identify the hazardous constituents listed in appendices VII and VIII of 40 C.F.R. part 261. Alternate methods of analysis may be used if approved by the director.

(2) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. part 261, appendices I, VII, and VIII are adopted by reference in R 299.11003.
