(1) The federal regulations in 10 CFR part 20, 10 CFR part 61, and 10 CFR part 71 are adopted by reference in these rules.(2) The federal regulations in 29 CFR 1910.120(q) and 1910.132 to 1910.138 and 29 CFR part 1910, subpart L, are adopted by reference in these rules.(3) The federal regulations in 33 CFR 153.203 are adopted by reference in these rules.(4) The following federal regulations in 49 CFR are adopted by reference in these rules: (c) 49 CFR part 171 to 180.(d) 49 CFR parts 190 to199.(5) Federal nuclear regulatory commission regulations are contained in 10 CFR parts 1 to 50 and 10 CFR parts 51 to 199, January 1, 2018 editions.
