(1) A storm or sanitary sewer shall not be located within the approved isolation area of a well for a type I or type IIa public water supply.(2) A buried sewer, located within the approved isolation area for a type IIb or type III public water supply, shall be constructed with materials and joints as approved in writing by the department.Mich.
