Section R. 325.10412 - Annual consumer confidence reporting; effective datesRule 412.
(1) Each existing community water system shall deliver its report by July 1 annually. Each report shall contain data collected during, or before, the previous calendar year.(2) The supplier of a new community water system shall deliver its first report by July 1 of the year after its first full calendar year in operation and then by July 1 annually.(3) A community water supply that sells water to another community water supply shall deliver the applicable information required in R 325.10413 to the buyer water supply by either of the following dates:(b) A date mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser, and specifically included in a contract between the parties.Mich.
