Section R. 325.11904 - Notification of change in classification

Rule 1904.

(1) A public water supply affected by a change in classification shall be notified by the department by mail. A change in classification by the department shall be effective 6 months after the date of the next applicable examination.

(2) The classification of a newly constructed waterworks system shall be effective at the time of initial operation.
