Section R. 325.11102 - Applicability; approval of deviations from minimum standards and requirementsRule 1102.
(1) This part applies to public water supplies. This part sets minimum standards and requirements to be met to receive permits or approvals from the department for waterworks systems. For purposes of this part, a supplier of a proposed public water supply is considered a public water supply.(2) Deviations from the minimum standards and requirements in this part may be approved by the department if a public water supply demonstrates that a deviation will not adversely affect the public health. Deviations from this part shall be by permit condition for type I public water supplies, and in writing by the department for type II and type III public water supplies.Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.11102
