Section R. 325.10114 - RecissionsRule 114. The following rules of the department are rescinded:
(a) Rules entitled "Municipal Water Supplies," being R 325.480 to R 325.491 of the Michigan Administrative Code, and appearing on pages 2263 to 2264 of the 1954 volume of the Code.(b) Rules entitled "Regulations Providing Minimum Standards for the Location and Construction of Certain Water Supplies in the State of Michigan," being R 325.1451 to R 325.1461 of the Michigan Administrative Code, and appearing on pages 3205 to 3210 of the 1964-65 Annual Supplements to the Code.(c) Rules entitled "Operation of Plants Furnishing Water Supply," being R 325.371 to R 325.374 of the Michigan Administrative Code, and appearing on pages 2253 of the 1954 volume of the Code.(d) Rules entitled "Certification of Water Treatment Plant Personnel," being R 325.551 to R 325.572 of the Michigan Administrative Code, and appearing on pages 2278 to 2282 of the 1954 volume of the Code.(e) Rules entitled "Water Supply Cross-Connections," being R 325.431 to R 325.440 of the Michigan Administrative Code, appearing on pages 6129 to 6131 of the 1972 Annual Supplement to the Code.Mich.
